Mansi Mehra

InStyle Direct’s Director, Mansi Mehra, joined InStyle Direct in 2007 after completing an MA in International Business. Having worked in every department at InStyle Direct, including accounts, logistics and design, Mansi has intimate insight into all aspects of the business.

Mansi collects meaningful pieces from her world travels to adorn her London family home. She also enjoys repurposing vintage furniture and adding value pieces with character. Mansi established InStyle Direct Dubai to bridge the gap between British elegance and Dubai opulence. She also leads InStyle’s high-end, bespoke services that operate under Ani M interiors. 

Mansi's years of expertise in rental market dynamics enables InStyle Direct Dubai to create interiors that is beneficial for developers, landlords, investors, and private homeowners. Her team delivers fully coordinated solutions that respond to Dubai's rapid market evolution, combining British design sensibilities with the grandeur and warmth that define Dubai hospitality. 

Mansi fosters an inclusive, creative environment for staff in the London-based open-plan Head Office, where the sales, marketing and design departments are based. Mansi explores all forms of wellness – mental, physical, and dietary- extending to the well-being culture she created at InStyle Direct and InStyle Direct Dubai. 

Today, Mansi continues to split her focus between London operations and Dubai operations, ensuring each project reflects her commitment to transforming properties into profitable, beautiful homes that resonate with the cosmopolitan spirit of both cities.
