Beah hails from a strong architectural and engineering background, with her father being an established architect at their family-run construction firm in the Philippines, Beah grew up around the business, immersed in construction and design from a young age. She initially pursued her degree in nursing but ultimately followed her passion and shifted to architectural drafting, then she joined her father’s firm as his assistant, where she drafted plans and contributed to both residential and commercial projects. This experience enhanced her hands-on knowledge and sharpened her skills in real-world projects.
During the past two and a half years working in Dubai, she has gained experience in both property management, overseeing more than 40 properties in London and Dubai, and furnishing selected homes — responsibilities she takes immense pride in. Her experiences have refined her skills as a designer, project manager, and client relations expert and she feels a deep appreciation for blending functionality with aesthetic excellence.
The seamless blend of tradition and modernity in Dubai excites her, she’s constantly amazed how there’s a beautiful collaboration between modern innovation and luxurious living rooted in rich Emirati culture that’s shaped by many global influences. In her own practice, Beah expertly merges ornate Arabic patterns and natural materials with clean, contemporary design, all while keeping the desert climate and indoor-outdoor harmony in mind. And one of her favourite inspirations is the Museum of the Future, whose sleek, calligraphy-clad torus forms capture Dubai’s spirit of forward-thinking elegance and cultural pride.
Beah is greatly influenced by her father’s creativity, and she abides by the values and examples he taught her about resilience, craftsmanship, and taking pride in building something meaningful.
A licensed scuba diver and free diver, she’s also working toward earning a skydiving license. Beah loves to thrive on adrenaline. These extreme activities make her feel fully alive and fearless, because to her, fear is just an illusion, and everything is possible.
